When you visit the polls for the Annual Meeting on May 17, 2016, it will have a little different feel to it. The laws allowing us to utilize the pull lever machines have expired, so we will be utilizing the paper ballots and scanner machine that you have become accustomed to in general elections.

What to Expect

1.  The vote will remain in the High School Auditorium Lobby @ 5201 West Genesee Street, Camillus, New York 13031.

2.  The voter registration process will be the same utilizing pre-printed registration books.

3.  After signing the registration book, you will be handed a paper ballot.

4.  You will complete your paper ballot in one of the eight available privacy booths.

5.  After you complete your ballot, you will feed it into one of two available scanners.

New Feature

One of biggest factors that slows the voting process, especially for new residents or students that are recently eighteen years old, is if your name is not in the Voter registration book.  We have a new feature that will allow you to verify this ahead of the election.  Please click on the link below to verify if you are registered to vote in our annual meeting and election of school board candidates.
