The Board encourages public participation at Board meetings. At the beginning of the meeting, the Open Forum allows for questions and comments regarding items on the agenda. The Open Forum at the end of the meeting allows for questions or comments pertaining to items not on the agenda. Persons wishing to speak should identify themselves and any organization they may be representing at the meeting. Comments should be kept as brief as possible and relate to school matters.
