• Working Papers Application (Parents/guardians and minors complete the appropriate application form and email it to the school’s Certificating Officer-Nurse (at Middle Schools). For high school students, in an effort to limit public influx to the building during the summer, working papers will be available at the high school on Wednesdays only during the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. or by appointment by calling the Main Office 315-487-4601.)
