GOVERNOR HOCHUL TO DIRECT FLAGS TO HALF-STAFF IN OBSERVATION OF 22nd ANNIVERSARY OF 9/11
Governor Hochul is expected to announce that flags on state government buildings will be flown at half-staff on Monday, September 11 in remembrance of those who lost their lives on that day 22 years ago.
