Another wonderful week at "The Rock!" I want to thank our student for their remarkable efforts in transitioning back to school after the Halloween celebrations. One of which was last Friday at our Fall Celebration Dance! We had approximately 150 students attend! The students enjoyed themselves a great deal and it was nice to see all of them so well behaved and appreciative at the same time! Thank you to our dedicated PTO for their efforts in organizing such a great event.

One of the standout events of this week was our Halloween Parade and the engaging activities that followed. The parade was a tremendous success, bringing our students together. It was awesome to see our students parading through the school's halls and even outside for visitors to admire their imaginative costumes. The enthusiasm was definitely displayed.

It is sometimes difficult to get back in the groove, but they were awesome and our Wildcats finished the week strong!

Looking ahead, we have another important event on the horizon. Our Veterans Day Assembly will take place on Thursday, November 9. This event is a significant opportunity for our school to unite and honor the brave men and women who have served our country.

We are thrilled to announce that this year's guest speaker will be Mr. Craig Dowler, a distinguished veteran and esteemed member of our local community. Mr. Dowler's service included four years in the Marines from 1983-1987, followed by an impressive 30-year career as a physicals Teacher at West Genesee Central High School. His dedication to both our country and the education of our youth is an inspiration, and we eagerly anticipate hearing from him.

Be sure to get some rest after this busy week and be ready to go on Monday!

BE AWESOME!

Mr. Kimpland
