Split Rock Elementary would like to thank author Bruce Coville for visiting with our Split Rockers. The knowledge and creativity that he shared during his visit was AWESOME and promoted the love of reading and writing. We are truly thankful to have had the opportunity to host such a distinguished author and look forward to the positive impact it will have on our WILDCATS! As Mr. Coville said, “Read, read, read, write, write, write and never give up!”
Parent-teacher conferences have begun and will continue throughout Monday and Tuesday next week. This opportunity plays a significant role in fostering a collaborative and supportive educational environment for your child and provides parents and guardians the insights into their child’s academic progress, learning style and overall well-being within the school setting! We look forward to meeting with all of you.
A friendly reminder to all our Wildcats. The weather is changing and the temperature is dropping! Let’s be sure we are prepared for the elements! Mr. Gangemi and classroom teachers will take advantage of getting outside as much as possible even through the winter months. Please make sure we are prepared!
Have a great weekend!
BE AWESOME!
Mr. Kimpland
