What an incredible time we had at our Halloween Parade! Our Wildcats were full of spirit, showcasing some fantastic costumes as they proudly walked through the parade route. It was heartwarming to see so many supporters come out to enjoy the festivities with us—thank you for being there to make the day extra special!
Thank you to the Camillus Middle School Drama Club for bringing the magic of James and the Giant Peach to our Grade 3 and 4 students! It was a joy to see the talented cast, especially some of our former Split Rockers, bring the story to life with such energy and skill. We appreciate the hard work that went into this fantastic performance. Thank you for sharing your talent and love for theater with us!
We’re also immensely grateful to Officer Diane Brand for her recent visits to each grade level as part of the C.O.D.E. Program. Her dedication to keeping our students and staff informed and safe is invaluable. Safety is our top priority, and Officer Brand’s contributions to our school community make a difference every day.
Looking ahead, we're excited to celebrate our October Wildcats of the Month and Pack Award recipients! Stay tuned for next week’s blog, where we’ll reveal the award winners and honor our students' hard work and dedication.
Our annual Veterans Day Assembly is on Friday, November 8. We are thrilled to welcome VIP Guest Speaker Daniel Strumlok, a current WGIS Social Studies teacher and former Marine, who will share his experiences and insights with us as we honor our veterans.
And finally, a quick reminder: Tuesday, November 5, will be a half-day, with dismissal at 11:15 a.m.
Thank you for your ongoing support, and we look forward to celebrating many meaningful moments together in the coming weeks!
BE AWESOME!
